FONE LOGISTICS LAUNCHES BLACKBERRY ACCREDITED TRAINING
LEADING mobile airtime distributor Fone Logistics is now offering BlackBerry sales and technical accredited courses to its dealers.
The courses, which are funded by Fone Logistics in conjunction with Research in Motion, are aimed at customer facing sales staff to help give them techniques for selling advanced BlackBerry solutions.
Companies that successfully complete the courses, which feature a module on the integration of BlackBerry Enterprise Solutions in an IT environment, will be able to promote themselves as a Technically Accredited or Sales Accredited BlackBerry Partner.
Sales and marketing director Julien Parven said: “The sales course allows people to learn service excellence in promoting the product to their audience.
“The Technical course is aimed at resellers who have in-house IT personnel, and who may wish to offer external service to their customers associated with BlackBerry.”
“Normally this accredited training is costly. For example, if you were to source the Technical course externally, it would cost around £700 per day; however our accreditation will only cost the delegate a £75 examination fee and is therefore a very cost effective and essential course.”
Both courses will run in both Newcastle-Upon-Tyne and Slough in Berkshire and places are limited.
The Sales course will run across two sessions in February and March 2009 and will be followed by an online exam.
The Technical course will be run over two consecutive days in February and over a three day period in March, followed by an online assessment that can be taken at one of 300 test centres around the country.
Fone logistics recommends that dealers contact their business development manager to reserve a place.
